At Chimi we talk a lot about "real food". This is what we mean by it, plainly.
We cook every day
Everything is made in our kitchen, every day. No dish arrives pre-cooked.
Free-range meat
We work with local farmers who raise their animals free-range, never caged and never fed on processed feed.
Wild fish
The fish we serve comes from the sea, never from a fish farm.
No chemicals on the veg
We buy it from local growers who farm without pesticides or chemicals.
And why it isn't expensive
We believe eating well every day shouldn't be a luxury. So our prices are set for coming back during the week, not just on special occasions. You can see them all on our menu.
